There is a max of 20 MB per email.Complete the Loan Delivery Contact Information Form with your loan submission so we know who to email thePurchase and Suspense Notifications.Any subsequent submissions for conditions should be emailed identifying the customer name and loan # on thesubject line to [email protected] regarding the Suspense notification can be either directed back to the processor listed on theSuspense Notification or emailed to [email protected]&T will provide the lender with a Clear to Close when all conditions have been met. Lender may close the loanbefore M&T’s clear to close with the understanding that they will still need to provide all outstanding conditionsStep Three- Submit Closed File to M&T Bank Loan must be locked and closed loan documents delivered to M&T Bank prior to the lock expiration date.The closed loan package must be uploaded to Blitzdocs. Packages must be uploaded by 3:30pm EST to beconsidered received that day. This is especially important for loan files with an expiring rate.
