Specifically excluded from thiswarranty is crushing caused by furniture and damagecaused by tears, pulls, burns, wheel traffic or athleticequipment. Also excluded is carpet installed inkitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, stairs, carpetsin commercial facilities, outdoor areas and in otherthan owner occupied residences. Dream Weaverrecommends a pad with a minimum thicknessof 7/16 inch for optimum performance. Thesewarranties are not transferable. This warranty isvoided if you fail to follow recommended carpet careand routine maintenance of the product.9
